If you email us directly, we process the data included in your message. We do not request special categories of data; please do not include them.

3. Why we use it

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we make no automated decisions with it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and submitting it, and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request or performing a contract.

5. Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship begins, for as long as it lasts. After that, it is kept blocked for the legal limitation periods and then deleted. If your enquiry does not lead to any relationship, we delete it within 12 months at most.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors: website hosting and an email service.
